Join us at UCLPartners, 170 Tottenham Court Rd, W1T 7HA on 24^th January, 2012, at 5:00 for about an hour introduction to Social Innovation Camp. We’ll do a quick presentation on what Social Innovation Camp is all about, then run our 40-minute ‘itch’ workshop that helps you  think about how we can get young people living in a more healthy fashion – whether working on mental health, ensuring healthy lives, preventative health, or better access and usage of healthcare – we want your expertise.

What’s this for?

On 25^th February 2012 in London, Social Innovation Camp will be working with the North East London HIEC to bring together some of the best of the UK’s software developers and designers with those at the sharp end of social problems.

Their mission will be to tackle some of the problems that we’re investigating and come up with really well-thought out ideas that can be developed into social start-ups – from fleshing out the problem to coming up with an well-developed idea for an application in just a single day.

Over the next few weeks, we’re going to meet with young people and health professionals who might understand a social problem they want to solve or who have an idea they’d like to get off the ground.
